+ Conduct periodic audits of UCC data to ensure alignment with credit agreements and internal systems.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for front office teams, including Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Portfolio Managers, for all UCC‑related inquiries.
+ Attend pipeline calls, deal kickoffs, and exception discussions representing the collateral UCC function.
+ Lead day‑to‑day operational workflow for the UCC servicing team.
+ Mentor and guide junior analysts; review their work for accuracy and completeness.
+ Support onboarding, training, and skill development within the collateral servicing team.
+ Drive adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and audit readiness standards.
+ Identify potential gaps or risks related to collateral attachment and perfection and escalate appropriately.
