As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, you will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline, evolving cross‑functional expertise beyond your core domain.

The candidate will be an engineer on the Mainframe and Midrange Compute (MMC) Performance Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Mainframe System Performance in JPMorgan Chase's z/OS environment.
• Collaborate with Level 3/4 engineering support organizations—Automation, Application Performance, Capacity Planning, DB2/IMS, CICS, MQ, WebSphere, System Software Groups, SRE Operations, Production Assurance, and client development teams—to deliver high‑availability, quality support services.
• Build and maintain IBM IZDS/Cognos systems for big‑data analytics, and develop SMF data‑processing programs for large‑complex environments. ...
