A leading financial institution in Buenos Aires is seeking a Lead Mainframe Performance and Capacity Engineer. In this role, you will support Mainframe System Performance activities within a z/OS environment, working closely with various engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in z/OS performance management, strong SQL skills, and the ability to lead data processing without supervision. Proficiency in big data analytics tools is a plus. The position requires an advanced level of English.
