Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for the factory's equipment, electrical systems, building, and grounds. This role requires expertise in welding, electrical, mechanical, and fabricating duties while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including the facility boiler system and NH3 refrigeration/HVAC.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and ensure compliance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and records.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for PLCs.
- Strictly follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Confined Space procedures.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians on work order processes and task prioritization.
- Monitor and enforce Safety and GMP policies.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Electrical troubleshooting or packaging equipment troubleshooting.
- Preferred Experience: Welding, fabrication, or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
