• Analyze current and upcoming modifications to the playtest schedule and coverage needs
• Oversee daily allocation of tasks for testers to ensure top-priority testing activities are addressed
• Monitor and document team performance, including attendance, issues, and escalations
• Assess effectiveness of testers' contributions to the project
• Engage in recruitment and resource planning
• Identify, address, and escalate defects or issues that prevent the team from completing assigned work
