Lead Manufacturing Process Improvement Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting across diverse manufacturing value chains: as-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.
• Translate problems into cross-system requirements (ERP/CRM/WMS/PLM/ MES/BI/etc.) and integrations;
  define statuses, exception flows, master data, and business rules.
• Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.
• Translate business problems into data- and analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.
• Lead stakeholder communication;
  align teams on decisions, tradeoffs, and rollout plans.
