Lead MDM Engineer

Role Summary As a Lead STIBO STEP MDM Engineer, you will serve as the technical leader for design, development, and support of Staples' Master Data Management (MDM) solutions built on the STIBO STEP platform. You will coordinate with distributed teams (onshore + offshore), drive architecture and technical decisions, and ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across product and asset domains. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration patterns combined with strong leadership skills to guide contractors and junior engineers.
