Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 10 years of experience in M&E engineering design and project management. Strong skills in mechanical and electrical calculations, project coordination, and communication are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM and knowledge of Mandarin are advantageous.
