Job Description

The Project Engineering Lead will be responsible for providing project management and engineering services to efficiently manage capital projects from inception through completion by following the company's Capital Process Management (CPM) process. This role focuses on supporting the company's Phosphates, mainly Concentrates, and potentially Mining Operations. The engineer will perform tasks such as preliminary and detailed project scoping, engineering design, scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, procurement, quality control (QA/QC), construction management, and supervision of contract engineers, consultants, designers, and construction teams. Collaboration with various groups, including operations, maintenance, technical services, legal, EHS, Commercial, Strategy, and other support teams, is essential to achieve strategic priorities.
