The ideal candidate will possess strong core Java development expertise, along with in-depth knowledge of the JVM and Spring Boot. They should also have hands-on experience with Redis, Docker, Kubernetes databases SQL NoSQL distributed systems message brokers event-driven architecture load testing system resilience strategies CI CD pipelines observability tools exposure to AWS GCP Azure DevOps best practices low-latency data pipelines caching strategies containerized services orchestrate projects including system design database schema performance tuning thorough code reviews mentor junior developers.
