• The resource must also possess other development and analysis skills in line with international best practices.
• The resource must follow and adhere to quality processes, i.e., code reviews, naming standards, systems documentation, source control, etc.
• The resource must be familiar with the architectural aspects of the technology as well as the finer details which enforce and refine best practice within the industry. Furthermore,
• the resource must mentor other developers and should be able to answer most general questions without reference.
