Day in the Life

You arrive to a clean, orderly cell where machines are ready for precise work. You review the job packet, confirm the tooling layout, and methodically prepare a multi-spindle (multiplex) CNC lathe for a high-volume run. First-piece inspection is your checkpoint—once the dimensions hit target, you lock in the process and keep it there. Through the day, you make controlled adjustments to sustain cycle time, surface finish, and tool life, and you partner with operators, quality, and maintenance to keep the line stable and productive. Your work area stays neat, safe, and by the book—because that’s how consistency happens.
