Experience in IT Inventory & CMDB Management in Largescale Enterprise organizations to maintain 100% accurate IT inventory

Should understand various technologies used in Data Center Infrastructure (Servers, Operating Systems, Hypervisors, VM, Network, Security devices, DB, Middleware technologies, Cloud, Dockers, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, and other installed softwares along with log path for those technologies) and should know the process, function knowledge from an IT Operation as well as auto discovery of these technologies as part of Inventory Management using COTS / Open source tools.

Master in presentation and Microsoft Excel sheet to use various function & Formulas to handle large set of data.

Expert in ITSM Process and knowledge on various ISO & Data center certification standards.
