Auto IT Talent Hub
to support its evolution into a regional software and digital engineering centre. This role sits at the centre of that initiative and is responsible for
building talent capability systems , not running ad-hoc training.
What the Role Is Accountable For
Creating a
sustained pipeline
of Auto IT talent across technician, graduate, and postgraduate levels
Driving
industry–academia collaboration , especially postgraduate Auto IT programs
Translating future software-defined vehicle skill needs into
actionable program
Communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior management
Operating with ownership in ambiguous, first-of-its-kind initiative
A
