Role Overview

The Head – Operational Risk will be responsible for building and leading the operational risk management framework across Superapp’s Fintech and E-Commerce businesses. The role will drive proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of operational risks to ensure business resilience, regulatory compliance, customer protection, and scalable growth.

The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, product, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to embed a strong risk culture while enabling innovation and speed of execution.
