JOB PURPOSE

Based at the Head Office, the Lead of Operations Control will serve as the central nerves of the supply chain. You will lead a high-performing team of associates to monitor, analyse, and drive Pan-India operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that warehouse performance (CFA/In-house) and transportation (Primary/Secondary/Last Mile) align with the company’s goals for cost leadership, 100% order fulfilment, and Best-in-Class vendor and customer experiences.
