JOB ROLE : Lead- Operations control Logistics
REPORTING TO: Vertical Head - Logistic
TYPE OF ROLE: People Manager role.
LOCATION: Corporate Office, Mumbai.
BU/ DIVISION: Logistics
JOB PURPOSE
Based at the Head Office, the Lead of Operations Control will serve as the central nerves of the supply chain. You will lead a high-performing team of associates to monitor, analyse, and drive Pan-India operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that warehouse performance (CFA/In-house) and transportation (Primary/Secondary/Last Mile) align with the company’s goals for cost leadership, 100% order fulfilment, and Best-in-Class vendor and customer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations Control Tower & Performance Tracking
Real-time Monitoring: Manage a central team to track daily inbound/outbound pendency and transit health across all nodes.
Performance Reviews: Lead weekly/monthly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with Warehouse Managers, 3rd Party CFAs, and...
