Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Optical Systems Engineer to design and develop high-speed optical transceivers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with optical components, system modeling, and signal processing, along with a strong background in analyzing system performance and implementing advanced DSP techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end design and development optical transceivers from concept to design
Work across the full product lifecycle, from concept and simulation to testing and validation, ensuring high-performance, reliable optical interconnect solutions
Create detailed optical system models and conduct signal integrity assessments
Establish system requirements, validation and testing protocols for components and end products
Conduct analytical simulations to predict system behavior
