Role Description
This is a senior execution focused leadership role responsible for owning global order management across international production and shipping operations. The Lead will act as the central control point for order execution production alignment and shipment readiness between US based stakeholders and China based manufacturing partners.
The role requires deep experience in international order lifecycle management production coordination pipeline visibility and cross border logistics with a strong bias toward accountability accuracy and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end order lifecycle management for high volume international orders supporting US business operations
Lead coordination with China based factories on purchase orders production planning capacity alignment and shipment readiness
Drive order pipeline management using advanced Google Sheets trackers and structured reporting systems
Ensure real time visibility across order status production progress inventory availability and shipment timelines
Oversee international shipping execution including freight coordination shipping schedules documentation accuracy and delivery commitments
Act as the escalation point for order delays production risks and supply chain disruptions driving root cause analysis and resolution
Partner closely with US based sales planning finance and operations teams to align demand forecasts with production execution
Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures for order management production tracking and shipment control
Analyze order production and fulfillment data to drive process optimization cost efficiency and cycle time reduction
Mentor and guide junior team members ensuring consistency accuracy and accountability across the order management function
Qualifications
Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in order management production coordination or international supply chain operations
Proven experience supporting US focused business operations while managing overseas manufacturing in China
Strong hands on expertise in international order execution factory coordination and shipment management
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for pipeline management operational dashboards reconciliation and reporting
Solid understanding of international freight processes shipping documentation and cross border logistics workflows
Demonstrated leadership capability with ownership of complex operations and team level execution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Clear professional communication skills suitable for direct collaboration with US based stakeholders
Ability to operate independently in a high accountability deadline driven production focused environment.
