Lead Overhead Door Technician

Job overview APEX is currently accepting applications for a Lead Overhead Door Technician to join our Door Opening Solutions Group .

In this role, you will travel to customer locations across the Annapolis Valley—including Windsor, Wolfville, New Minas, Kentville, and Greenwood—to troubleshoot, repair, service, and install overhead door products.

You will be responsible for ensuring all work meets customer specifications and maintains APEX’s high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Travel to and from customer locations.

Load, unload, and handle overhead door sections or related hardware.

Troubleshoot, repair, service, and install overhead doors, hardware, and related products.

Prepare cables and springs according to established requirements.

Follow procedures to maintain service schedules.

Perform safety checks at job sites.
