    Job Description

  • Channel Development & Management- onboarding, activation of and relationship building with channel partners & fintechs
  • Business Generation- Drive disbursement targets across small business loans and vehicle finance
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Ops and Risk teams to ensure smooth login to disbursal
  • Track and analyse channel partner performance, cost per acquisitions (CPA) and delinquency trends
  • Product and policy training and support for channel partners
  • Drive business growth by managing, developing and expanding the distribution channel (DSAs, Retail Partners, etc) for the organization's retail finance products, ensuring profitability, quality sourcing and adherence to credit and compliance norms.
  • Identify and evaluate fintech companies offering innovative lending, credit scoring, digital onboarding, and payment solutions.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to integrate fintech capabilities into vehicle finance offerings.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Channel Management, Sales within Financial Services industry, preferably Banks or NBFC
  • Strong knowledge of retail lending products and market dynamics
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting
  • Understanding of credit, risk, and compliance parameters
