(What the role is)
This is a 2-year contract position as a Lead in the CET Academy.
Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) is seeking a strategic and driven individual to join our team as Lead (Partnerships). In this role, you will support the Assistant Director(s) and Deputy Director in shaping and executing strategies that drive product innovation, strategic partnerships, and B2B client engagement to advance the national SkillsFuture movement and lifelong learning.
(What you will be working on)
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the growth of Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) by strengthening industry engagement and expanding B2B partnerships.
Develop and review strategies to grow NP's corporate clientele and enhance its positioning within the adult learning and workforce transformation ecosystem.
Identify industry needs and provide insights on C...
