PCB Architect / Lead Hardware Engineer
My client is a fast-growing semiconductor technology company that is looking for an experienced PCB Lead/Architect to lead the design of advanced, high-performance hardware platforms.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership, working closely with silicon, validation, and systems teams to deliver production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own board-level architecture from concept to production
- Lead and mentor PCB design & layout engineers
- Design complex multi-layer PCBs with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR/LPDDR)
- Perform signal & power integrity analysis
- Work with high pin-count devices and dense form factors
- Support prototyping, validation, and production readiness
Key Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in PCB / hardware design
