PCB Architect / Lead Hardware Engineer

My client is a fast-growing semiconductor technology company that is looking for an experienced PCB Lead/Architect to lead the design of advanced, high-performance hardware platforms.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership, working closely with silicon, validation, and systems teams to deliver production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

Own board-level architecture from concept to productionLead and mentor PCB design & layout engineersDesign complex multi-layer PCBs with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR/LPDDR)Perform signal & power integrity analysisWork with high pin-count devices and dense form factorsSupport prototyping, validation, and production readiness

Key Requirements
