Job Description

We’re recruiting a proactive Lead Pension Administrator to join a specialist Annual Events & Projects team, delivering high-quality Defined Benefit pension administration and ensuring accurate, timely scheme data.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead delivery of key scheme events (valuations, benefit statements, pension increases, annual allowance, GLA)

  • Maintain and quality-check member and employer data

  • Support, coach, and review work of junior team members

  • Manage workloads to meet service levels and support day-to-day operations

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to team development
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in Defined Benefit pensions and benefit calculations

  • Confident supporting and coaching others

  • Excellent organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
