Lead People Partner



As a key member of the Australia leadership team, the Lead People Partner will collaborate closely with Regional Centre of Excellence leaders to deliver the global people strategy, aligned to local business priorities and Aon United values.



Reporting to the Asia Pacific Deputy Chief People Officer, this role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. You will guide the design and implementation of the people and talent strategy, strengthen talent capabilities, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture that supports long‑term business growth.
