Job Description

**Responsibilities**
- Define and implement performance testing strategies and best practices
- Lead the performance testing team, mentoring and guiding junior testers
- Design and oversee execution of performance test cases based on business requirements
- Develop and optimize automated test scripts for diverse performance scenarios
- Analyze performance metrics, including response time, memory usage, network, CPU usage, and throughput to detect bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage performance testing using LoadRunner and other industry-standard tools
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to integrate performance testing into the SDLC
- Drive performance tuning and optimization efforts
- Report defects and track resolutions using JIRA Zephyr/Xray
