Role Overview

You’ll join as a Lead PHP Developer , owning complex backend initiatives, shaping technical direction, and guiding a growing engineering team building mission-critical healthcare software.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering a major new product capability, from initial concept through to production.
• Act as a technical lead within the engineering team, guiding decisions and setting development standards.
• Shape, evolve, and maintain the overall application architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead the transition of existing systems toward an AWS-based cloud setup.
• Support and mentor engineers, with a clear pathway into people leadership, if this aligns with your career goals.
