Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, HR, and Operations, to align reporting goals and strategies with the overall objectives of the organization. Stakeholder communication ensuring any changes to the workforce system is clearly communicated in a timely manner. Involved in establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard employee data and ensure the accuracy of financial information. They may also coordinate with internal or external auditors during the audit process. Implementing systems to track and monitor employee workforce access levels to ensure the appropriate access in given and a sign off process is in place.
