Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to join our team in Bradford or Leeds on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

As a cloud-native organisation, our hyperscaler platform is the foundation of every product we create and every customer experience we deliver. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our GCP estate - making the platform a true enabler for rapid product innovation.

You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary Platform Engineering team spanning CI/CD, networking, security, AIOps, and observability. Your mission: build a robust, automated, self-service platform that empowers engineering squads and drives the company’s technology-led transformation.
