Job Summary (Quality Assurance Analyst)
- Lead and manage quality assurance practices for major customer projects, focusing on web and platform software releases.
- Define and implement QA strategies, governance, and best practices, including test standards and quality metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute non-functional testing programs such as performance, load, accessibility, and security testing.
- Utilize tools like BlazeMeter for performance testing and BrowserStack for accessibility and multi-browser/device testing.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevSecOps, and leadership teams to ensure secure and compliant releases.
