Lead - Power Electronics Hardware Design

Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead – Power Electronics Hardware Design to lead the design and development of high-reliability power electronic systems. The role will drive hardware architecture, design reviews, validation, and team leadership across power converter and motor drive platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hardware design of power electronic converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) and motor drives.
Own system architecture, schematic design, component selection, and PCB design reviews.
Drive design validation, FMEA, DVP, EMI/EMC compliance, and root-cause analysis.
Mentor and manage a team of hardware design engineers.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Support prototype build, testing, and transition to production.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering.
8–12+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design.
