Job Description
**Position: Lead BI Developer**
**Location: Maxico Remote**
**Duration: Full Time**
- 8+ years of experience in BI Development.
- Strong experience in building PowerBI dashboards and reports using Azure Synapse development.
- Hands on experience on Azure Synapse to Power BI integration.
- Expertise in PowerBI data modeling skills, complex SQL queries.
- Ability to develop complex DAX, custom components, calculated measures.
- Ability to design data model required for Power BI and performance optimization.
- Hands on with technical exposure to latest features within data platform development.
- Ability to act independently to resolve issues, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
**Experience**:
- Power BI: 5 years (required)
- DAX: 3 years (required)
- Azure Synapse: 1 year (required)
