In this Sydney based, full time role you'll join the Finance Transformation team as the Lead - Process, Controls & Risk Management, taking a key role in the SRDE Migration Program. This program is critical to modernising a core platform that supports credit risk, capital management, and regulatory reporting, ensuring Westpac meets its regulatory obligations and delivers sustainable outcomes. In this role you'll lead the Process, Controls & Risk Management stream, define and manage scope, and make sure outcomes align with strategic objectives. You'll oversee governance, risk, and issue management across complex projects, engage and influence stakeholders, and drive business readiness for migration cutovers.
