A successful Project Controls Lead shall apply project management tools and techniques to support project goal definition, assist in developing execution plans, and help track milestones and end dates of assigned projects. Responsibilities include supporting the accuracy, completeness, safety, and profitability of assigned projects; coordinating equipment and personnel allocation to help meet daily and weekly production goals on time, within budget, and according to safety guidelines; reviewing daily and weekly production reports for accuracy and reasonableness; and assisting with reporting information to customers and Company management on a weekly or as-needed basis. Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project applications highly preferred. 3+ years of project management or project controls experience required.

**What you’ll do**
+ Supervise processes effectively and apply expertise to ensure completion of work assignments.
+ Participate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or procedures.
+ Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
+ Read, interpret, input, and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project.
+ Additional Duties as assigned.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience.
+ Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
+ Advanced proficiency in assigned function, example;(Accounting, Engineering, IT, Procurement, Project Mgmt, etc.)
+ Authorized to work in the United States.
+ Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
**The wage range for Lead Process Controls is $80,000.00** **- $85,000.00** **.**
