Job Description

Are you a driven engineer with a passion for process optimization, project management, and innovation? We are looking for a Process Lead Engineer – R&D to join our team and play a key role in the development, implementation, and standardization of manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar or related position
  • Strong background in manufacturing processes and project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Quality Indicators, QMS (SGC) , and KPI compliance
  • Solid experience with Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Proven expertise in FMEA (AMEF) and Control Plans
  • Experience in launches, projects, pre-series, and prototypes
  • Advanced English – mandatory
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management activities for process implementation and improvement
  • Implement, follow up, and standardize processes and prototypes
  • Ensure continuous improvement and compliance across production processes
  • Perform statistical process analysis and drive data-based decisions
  • Lead problem-solving activities and root cause analysis
  • Participate in FMEA and Control Plan reviews
  • Ensure proper procedures, documentation, and audits
  • Follow up on open action items and ensure project milestones are met
