Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Process Engineer to guide a team responsible for process development, technology trials, and scale‑up across the full electrode manufacturing workflow. You will guide a small team, introduce new materials and chemistries, and drive robust industrialisation of next‑generation electrode processes.
The Lead Process Engineer will:
Lead and develop a team of electrode process engineers across Mixing, Coating, Calendering, and Slitting.
Develop, optimise, and validate electrode manufacturing processes for scalability and efficiency.
Drive NPI activities, including trials, experiments, and feasibility studies for new materials and chemistries.
Own technical documentation including PFMEAs, control plans, specifications, and process flows.
Lead structured root cause analysis and resolve complex electrode performance or equipment issues.
Manage CAPEX activities including equipment specification, installation, and commissioning.
