Role Summary
Waaree is seeking a dynamic and hands-on transformation leader to spearhead process reengineering and operational excellence across its group businesses. As Lead – Process Transformation Office, you will be responsible for diagnosing, redesigning, and implementing high-impact processes across manufacturing, procurement, projects, sales, marketing, finance, employee experience, among others.
This role will combine technology-enabled process improvement with on-ground change management to drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver with a strong foundation in process excellence, digital tools, and cross-functional execution. You will work directly with business heads and function leaders to drive process design, embed governance mechanisms, and create scalable, auditable workflows.
