Role Summary

Waaree is seeking a dynamic and hands-on transformation leader to spearhead process reengineering and operational excellence across its group businesses. As Lead – Process Transformation Office , you will be responsible for diagnosing, redesigning, and implementing high-impact processes across manufacturing, procurement, projects, sales, marketing, finance, employee experience, among others.

This role will combine technology-enabled process improvement with on-ground change management to drive measurable business impact.
