Under direction of the Area Manager, the Cost Center Lead is responsible for assisting on all duties related to the safe, profitable, environmentally sound and efficient operations of assigned Cost Center(s).

Duties include working with and training personnel to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, as well as oversees all procedures involved in the production area. The Cost Center Lead ensures all employees follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, and Quality plans, along with ensures all employees are productive and competent in their respective roles.
