About the Role:

We are hiring a Lead Product Analyst for a fast-growing social commerce / creator-led e-commerce startup . This is a strategic role where you will lead a team of analysts and work closely with Product Managers and Leadership to drive product decisions using data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 product analysts.
• Partner with PMs and leadership on experiments, insights, and product strategy.
• Drive A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation best practices.
