Lead– Product DesignerAs a Lead Product Designer, you’ll be the craft leader driving design excellence across our fintech experiences. This role is a senior individual contributor track — no people management, but very high influence. You’ll own some of the most complex and strategic design challenges, shaping intuitive, elegant solutions that scale across millions of users.This is about setting the bar for design quality at Upstox — leading by example, pushing boundaries of craft, and ensuring design stays central to how we build products.
