The Lead Product Designer will shape the product experience by analyzing customer and business problems, and delivering elegant solutions. You will drive design execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align on241 business goals. From ideation through to final delivery and post‑launch feedback, you’ll own the full design cycle. You will work across multiple platforms (employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard) to create holistic and impactful user experiences.
