Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design execution across XCEED’s B2C app and B2B event management platform.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will continue to design and ship interfaces yourself while leading how product design decisions are made, executed, and scaled. You will work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering to turn complex problems into clear, developer‑ready solutions that move fast without sacrificing quality. You will be accountable not only for what gets designed, but for how design works day to day.
