We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead the design efforts across our Metrics domain, which includes our benchmarking app, Insights , and our media monitoring app, Discover , as well as a number of backend tools. As we evolve these into a unified product experience, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the design vision, aligning squads, and elevating design practice across the domain.

You’ll also manage and mentor at least one designer , helping them grow while maintaining quality and cohesion across squads.

You’ll also serve as the lead for the Launchmetrics Design System , working closely with engineers and designers across the organization to scale consistent, high-quality design.
