Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr

6 month contract + extensions

Pay: $40-55/hr incorp

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered digital experiences

• Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring other designers in a collaborative team environment

• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity visual designs

• Experience applying interaction design principles , including user flows, journey maps, and wireframes

• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research using both generative and evaluative methods
