Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager Lead to drive end-to-end lifecycle management of credit card products, with a strong focus on affluent, premium, and emerging customer segments. This role will lead high-impact initiatives across product strategy, customer experience, acquisition, and revenue growth while managing a team of product managers.



Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead new product launches, feature enhancements, and proposition upgrades.
  • Develop business cases, requirement documents, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive digitization and innovation across customer journeys to enhance customer experience and adoption.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers across card portfolios and segments.
  • Drive performance, accountability, and execution excellence within the team.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, proposition, distribution, credit risk, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver superior value propositions and seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as the single point of ownership across the product lifecycle.

Data, P&L & Insights

  • Use customer insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive product prioritization and feature development.
  • Own product P&L, optimize cost-to-serve, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including acquisition, activation, spend, engagement, and portfolio health.

Regulatory & Governance

  • Ensure all product initiatives comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.



Required Skills & Experience

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute .
  • 7+ years of experience in product management within credit cards, consumer banking, affluent banking, or lifestyle propositions .
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling card products and digital journeys.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L ownership and business case development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation and customer-first mindset.
