As a Lead Product Manager for our Payments & Indirect Payroll domain, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling Oyster’s global payments infrastructure. You will own the evolution of our payment collection and payout capabilities, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable financial flows across multiple geographies.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering, and is central to enabling Oyster’s mission of making global employment simple.
