Lead Product Manager - Retake AI

Intro: Retake is seeking a Lead Product Manager to scale Retake into its next chapter, aiming for $200M+ ARR and defining the category. This is a flagship product role inside Codeway’s consumer app group, backed by AI talent and a strong growth engine with cross-functional authority to shape the future of Retake.

As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be the directly responsible person for Retake’s success — shaping its vision, strategy, and execution with full authority over the product roadmap. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI innovation, user experience, and consumer growth, leading a product that already touches tens of millions but has the runway to reach hundreds of millions.

• Own the product strategy, vision, and execution for Retake.
• Inspire a 10+ person product tribe (PMs, designers, content, devs).
• Collaborate with world-class AI engineers, growth marketers, and designers to deliver breakthrough user experiences.
• Drive experimentation and consumer insights to maximize retention and LTV.
• Champion Retake’s vision to the broader company, leadership, and industry.
• Report directly to the General Manager, Codeway Barcelona, with exposure to the Board and C-suite.

• Proven track record of impacting large-scale consumer apps, improving user engagement, retention, and growth.
• 5+ years of experience in mass-market D2C digital products, including 2+ years as a Lead Product Manager.
• Cross-functional leadership across product, design, engineering, data, and growth.
• Evidence of creativity and innovation — you’ve built, scaled, or transformed products into market successes.
• A passion for consumer apps and applied AI.

• Founder or entrepreneurial experience, having built or scaled your own product.
• Interest in user psychology, especially around creativity, confidence, or self-expression.
