Lead Product Manager- Technical

As a Lead Technical Program Manager within our Builders Enablement Program, you will be primarily responsible for the overall accountability and leadership of complex IT projects. This includes ensuring their successful and timely implementation, as well as the achievement of intended business results. A core responsibility is managing relationships and communicating effectively with program leadership, senior management, and a wide range of program contributors. You will identify key barriers to a project's success and actively manage all mitigation activities. This role also involves the implementation and support of solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements, all while adhering to Mastercard standards, processes, and best practices. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects through your team and dependent organizations.
